• National USPS Priority Mail orders (3-5 Business Days) must be submitted by 1:00 PM EST. If the order is placed after 1:00 EST then add one additional day

  • We do not ship on holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

WHERE WE SHIP

UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is based on the package weight and dimensions and shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders via USPS. Orders arrive within 1-3 business days unless the item(s) are being shipped internationally.

HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS

Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS and arrive within 5-7 business days.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO AND GUAM CUSTOMERS

Your order will ship via USPS. Please allow5-7 business days for delivery.

MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS

Your order will ship via USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Your order will ship via USPS. Please allow 6-10 business days (priority mail international) OR 5-7 business days (priority mail express international) for delivery. Also, please note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your BodyHonee invoice.

 

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Track Order link in the sub-navigation of every page on this site or by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.

SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

There are three easy ways to track your order:

  • Click on the Track Order link in the sub-navigation of each page. You will need your order ID, and email.
  • Log in to My Account and view the Recent Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you’d like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the USPS tracking number.

DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE

  • We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
  • Most items are available to ship in 1 business day unless otherwise noted.
